Investment & Payment

Each room has its own rate—please revisit the Accommodation section and choose the space that best suits you. All prices listed are per person.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required.
Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.
The remaining balance is due by September 20, 2025.

Payment is accepted via Zelle or PayPal. We will send you the information once you sign up.

Getting to Antigua, Guatemala

All guests are responsible for arranging their own flight to La Aurora International Airport (GUA) in Guatemala City.

Round-trip transportation between the airport and the retreat venue in Antigua will be included in your tuition—we’ll take care of the rest.

We recommend booking an early flight, ideally the first available from your departure city (especially if flying from Miami), to ensure a smooth arrival and transfer on Day 1.

Full arrival details, including exact pickup instructions, will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by The Flow House Retreats.

Cancellations

Cancellations made on or before August 31, 2025 are eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees).

After August 31, 2025, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unexpected travel interruptions. We suggest using WorldNomads.com for flexible and reliable coverage.

Client Responsibility

All guests participate at their own risk. Flow House Retreats, Alexa Baboun, Anick Vorbe, Vorbe Wellness LLC, and Villa Bokeh and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of the retreat. This includes activities organized by third-party providers.

We are not responsible for delays, flight cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters, or acts beyond our control. No refunds will be given due to these circumstances.

Flow House Retreats reserves the right to make necessary changes to the schedule, offerings, or staff to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
